Sometimes it is the moments a buyer can imagine having in your house that can sell it. Can they envision themselves cooking brownies with their kids, or entertaining in your kitchen?
Here is my best tip for this: MAKE IT LITERAL.
Do you love having wine on your back patio? Then set up a tray with a wine bottle and a couple of wine glasses filled with water right before a showing, maybe even some cheese and crackers on the side.
Do you have a great reading nook? Place a book, open, with a pair of reading glasses on top, and maybe even a cup of tea with the bag still steeping inside and a comfy throw.
Do you get the drift?
While the picture above of the fire pit is not quite as literal, I thought it was a good example for Fall of a moment that could be created. The buyer of this home said this fire pit was one of the selling features for him! He could imagine having friends and family over to sit around the fireplace and and roast marshmallows.
Take advantage of the little things you have going for you-and make them literal!
